My top 3 goals to achieve on my Health Kwest journey are:
1. Weight loss. My overall goal is 70 pounds. Hopefully HK will get me close to my goal
2. Feel better. With weight loss and exercise I know this will happen.
3. Be fit. I am tired of being worn out after minimal effort.
I KNOW I can achieve these goals--it just takes time and motivation--I have both.
