I had let myself go. I had put my family before myself. I was stressed. I was out of shape. I had excuses. Blah blah blah.
Where am I now? I am losing weight and feeling great! I'm an athlete again! I have minimal stress! I am putting myself first after a 13 year break! I have no excuses for not eating right or working out! I sleep better than I ever have and no longer need medication to do so! I have energy to do much more than before. I'm happier than I have been in a LONG time and look forward to my future.
I want to win the money because it would be a great bonus to this journey but if I don't I know I have already won the battle with myself. I'm a happy wife, mama, daughter and friend.
